Every detail, in the right order

One thoughtful gift. A few simple steps.

Choose a gift and prepare your request. Cinta checks the details before offering payment.

  1. Choose, then personalise

Check the gift page. Enter your name, email, message and preferred date. Each request is for one gift, with the quantity and personalisation wishes to be confirmed by Cinta.

  2. Enter the address or share a link

Know the Paris address? Enter it. Otherwise, the recipient can provide it directly through a private link, or decline.

  3. View the quote in your private tracking

Cinta checks the gift and delivery. Your private tracking then shows the approved quote: gift, fees, total and deadline. Keep its link to return. The preview simulates email notifications.

  4. Confirm, then follow the steps

After the quote is approved, access payment in your private tracking. You can then find the confirmed steps: payment, preparation, dispatch and delivery.
