Can I give without knowing the address?

Yes. Prepare a request without an address and, if you wish, enter the recipient’s email to prepare their private invitation. You can also share their personal link. The preview simulates emails; no SMS is sent. The recipient provides their details directly to Cinta.

When do I pay?

After the gift, address and delivery are confirmed. Find the approved quote and then payment in your private tracking. Keep this link; the preview simulates tracking emails and only uses Stripe in test mode when configured. No real payments.

Who sees the recipient’s address?

The authorised Cinta team uses the contact details to prepare delivery. The sender’s tracking only says whether the address is confirmed; it shows no address, phone number or access information.

Can I choose a date and time slot?

You can enter a preferred date and time slot. They are not reserved when requesting. Cinta must check delivery feasibility before preparing the quote.
